Users may post information about their company and their funding needs. Other Users may reply to those postings. The service is designed to bring entrepreneurs and investors together, however Investifieds is not a bank, broker/dealer, investment advisory service, lender, stock promoter or investor. NOTE: the information provided by entities and individuals through the Site is not provided by Investifieds and does not reflect the views or opinions of Investifieds.

If you are browsing this Site as a non-commercial consumer, you may download material displayed on the Site for your non-commercial, personal use only. We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site.

Investifieds may remove such content and/or terminate your access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password(s) you are given to access the Site, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s).

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this Section, your DMCA notice may not be valid. 2. Counter-Notice. If you believe that your User Submission that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content in your User Submission, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;

If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, Investifieds may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at Investifieds' sole discretion.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CONSENT

You acknowledge and agree to provide your binding electronic signature and agreement to the terms above and with notice of the following conditions. You agree that by selecting one or more of the "I Agree" alternatives on this site, you are providing your electronic signature on this site's registration form, thereby establishing your written agreement and affirmative consent to receive email communications from Investifieds LLC [and to receive or deliver documents and other information electronically, including by email, pdf attachments or on or through our website].
